Every single piece at The Blank Slate is custom-printed and made to order just for you. Because we do not carry mass inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind.
Please make sure to double-check our size guides on the product pages before hitting checkout!
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a clear manufacturing mistake, we’ve got you covered. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to claim a replacement or refund:

Reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Send us a clear photo showing the damage or the printing error.

Note: If you ordered multiple items with the same design that are all faulty, please take a single photo or video showing all the affected items together in one frame.
Once verified, we will get your reprint processed or your money sent back to your original payment method immediately.
